Pipe patching

Pipe patching is an effective way to conduct spot repairs for more localised damage, including cracks, punctures or intruding rubber seals. This type of damage can arise from accidents involving construction or maintenance, such as driving posts or stakes into the ground.

Additionally, if a pipe was not laid properly or there are cracks or breaks in the pipe, our spot repair service is the most effective way of reinforcing the pipe’s integrity. Our resin can be factory manufactured to industrial standards rather than mixed on-site, promising a consistent standard for every job.

We specialise in trenchless pipe repairs, so we can patch cracked or punctured pipes without any earth moving, asphalt removal or concrete cutting. This not only saves time and money, but also keeps the surface of the job site intact.

Our pipe patching service can be carried out in pipes from 40mm diameter to 1.5 metres wide. Our pipe patch goes into the damaged pipe like a rubber tube with resin coated fibreglass wrapped around it. Once it is properly placed to cover the damage, the rubber balloon is blown up, the resin is allowed to cure and then the rubber tube is deflated and taken out.

We use the German-engineered epros®DrainPacker technology by Trelleborg to seal all types of pipes, including sewerage, wastewater and drainage. This technology can repair all pipes from DN 35 to DN 1200, a broad range that covers most residential, commercial and public infrastructure.
